Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return or exchange request.
- The video must be recorded from the moment the package is unopened until the product is clearly shown.
- Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

- In eligible cases, only exchange or replacement will be provided.
- No monetary refunds will be issued under any condition.
