Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return or exchange request.
    • The video must be recorded from the moment the package is unopened until the product is clearly shown.
    • Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • We follow a strict NO REFUND policy.
  • In eligible cases, only exchange or replacement will be provided.
  • No monetary refunds will be issued under any condition.
